EMPLOYMENT

Tagar provides a broad range of engineering and fabrication skills.  Certified welding in aluminium to NZS 1665 and steel to NZS1554.  Section rolling services for steel sections up to 100x100.

1980 -

Company started By Murray Taylor and Joe Garland hence the name TaGar

1998 -

With purchaes of section rolling machines, Tagar offers first Section rolling services in the BOP

1999 -

Company purchased by current Managing Director, Bert Wilson

2000 -

Company moved to custom built premises on Boeing Place.

2004 -

Installed 5 ton gantry cranes for larger engineering jobs.
